A: We do not offer refunds. However, you can return an item for a size exchange, provided it is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Q: Can I change the color or style of a dress?

A: Yes! You can request a color change or style modification by specifying your preferences in the notes section at checkout, or by contacting our order department at 213-415-4457.

Q: What if my custom order needs alterations?

A: Custom orders are non-returnable, but we do offer alterations for an additional fee. If you need alterations, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Q: Are sale items eligible for returns or exchanges?

A: All sale items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or alterations are permitted on these items.

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective item or my shipment is lost?

A: If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please submit a claim immediately using our "Exchange & Returns" form. For lost shipments, when your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number and we are no longer responsible for items once they have left our facilities

Q: How do I ensure I order the correct size?

A: It is your responsibility to order the correct size. We recommend using a measuring tape and referring to our size chart. If your measurements do not align with the chart, consider opting for custom sizing. If in doubt, we advise consulting a professional seamstress or tailor.
