Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. However, we accept returns for size exchanges on the same item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be initiated within 10 business days of receiving your order

    Return Limitations

    • Only one return is permitted per purchased item
    • Custom orders, pre-orders, and discounted items are final sale – no returns or exchanges allowed

    Product Defects or Wrong Item

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

    • You must submit a claim immediately via the “Exchange & Returns” form
    • Claims are reviewed and must be verified by a company representative
    • If approved, we will email you the return instructions

    Lost Shipments

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number
    • We are not responsible for lost items after they leave our facility

    Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
