Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds. However, we accept returns for size exchanges on the same item, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Return must be initiated within 10 business days of receiving your order
Return Limitations
- Only one return is permitted per purchased item
- Custom orders, pre-orders, and discounted items are final sale – no returns or exchanges allowed
Product Defects or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- You must submit a claim immediately via the “Exchange & Returns” form
- Claims are reviewed and must be verified by a company representative
- If approved, we will email you the return instructions
Lost Shipments
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number
- We are not responsible for lost items after they leave our facility
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
